William did a great job cleaning as usual. We had guests over and everyone noticed how clean the house was after William had cleaned. He’s great at his job, and every cleaning is awesome. William always goes the extra mile to do a great job.

Unfortunately, I was disappointed with this cleaning. I’d requested they focus on the floors and bathroom and when I got home not all of the floors were clean. I thought 3 hours would have been a sufficient amount of time for what I was requesting the focus be so I am disappointed I am paying for this.

Excellent. I want Angelica to be my selected cleaner for all future appointments. She does an excellent work, is responsible and respectful.

Nelly an excellent job with cleaning!! I am very impressed. She was also very pleasant to work with and was mindful of my cat who can be skittish around people. I expected the bathrooms to be fully clean and shining, but, the plunger receptcal and toilet brush baskets, the outside of garbage receptacles and the shower,tub and glass doors were not cleaned. It was her first job, but I did expect clean bathrooms. I do not wish to rebook your service!

On time and worked hard the whole time. Respectful (I am COVID vulnerable and he wore an N_95 the whole time.I happily hired again for Saturday because we underestimated time needed as I had a lot of dishes and pots . Deep cleaning Saturday:)

Ericka had her first visit to my house. I scheduled her for 6 hours. She is incredibly thorough and in the process of doing a deep clean which is greatly appreciated. Which also meant she was unable to do the entire house. I am looking forward to her continued deep clean and then moving onto the weekly maintenance. I am looking forward to having Ericka return.

Very nice, pleasant, and on time. She did a great job, except for the bathroom. The sinks didn’t look like they were cleaned, as there was toothpaste still in them. The rug was not vacuumed or shaken and the floor wasn’t washed and the garbage’s were not emptied. The shower wasn’t fully cleaned either. I had to re-clean the bathroom.

She had great questions to make sure we were completely happy. Very open, understanding and friendly. Looking forward to having her come back!
