William did a nice job! He was fair with his time, and asked lots of clarifying questions and followed directions well. He may need to acquire more cleaning products for more complex jobs, but for solid basic clean, William was excellent.

Jeff did a really nice job. My only complaint was leaving standing water on wood flooring for too long ( a half hr) after mopping, especially after discussing before and afterwards. Luckily, no warping this time. That cannot happen again. Otherwise the house looked nice after he was done. I would have him clean again.
