He's punctual & has supplies ready. He's new & learning so he's slow. Time management needs improvement so he leaves the job looking polished instead of incomplete. Overall, I'd book again 'cause he'll improve with familiarity.

Great cleaners but a terrible company! They try to trick you into a membership and just start randomly scheduling additional cleanings. Aida was great but this company is trying to bill Me for a membership that I did not sign up for and it’s ridiculous trying to speak to someone and cancel this stuff. Company is a scam ! Great cleaners terrible company!!

Jada did a good job. very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the sink was not cleaned when she did the kitchen. Not sure if that is normally included. The floor was not washed in foyer. Again not sure if this is included or skipped due to my cutting time short.

I think overall Victoria did a good job. The one area of emphasis that I made was to clean the grout in the shower and it really did not get done so I had to do it. But other than that, she did a good job.

She was pleasant and polite, and folded a ton of my laundry, it was such a great help to me. things were clean on a surface level five star. The only thing is, I wish you would’ve let me know that she was done and left. I received all my notifications stating that my cleaner was done and gone, and I couldn’t even give her the cash tip I had on my desk for her.
