Hamikex was friendly, communicative and speedy. She did a good job. I did find carpet freshening powder that did not get vacuumed up and a considerable amount of what I think was mop water got spilled all over the floor mat making a large stain. I had to take it outside and hose it down. She also put the trash bag in the recycling bin. None of those are big deals though. I would use her again.

I stopped by to check out the service and for the most part good but I did request for extra attention to bed linens. The back bedroom sheet did not look clean or it was stains. I took pictures. if you notice something like that which cannot be cleaned please let me know so I can have them replaced. Thank you

I did find carpet freshening powder that did not get vacuumed up and a considerable amount of what I think was mop water got spilled all over the floor mat making a large stain. I had to take it outside and hose it down. She also put the trash bag in the recycling bin. None of those are big deals though. I would use her again.

Hello my name is irene..i have been cleaning for over 25 years...my motto is.. i dont cut corners i clean them.. As I am an independent contractor inside of any appliances are a DEEP CLEAN..as well as baseboards and windows this is not included in a standard basic surface clean. Hours are needed to be booked accordingly anything over and less of the allotted time with be INVOICED as I need to book other jobs properly. If you have CLUTTER on dressers and counters please remove before cleaning. It is not my job to remove it because this takes away from cleaning time if I have to remove myself. Also if your appointment is booked and you do not respond to text voicemails or phone calls. You will be charged full cleaning price the day of your clean if you decide not to respond or do not answer your door since you do get automated messages for your appointment. I am an independent contractor with my own business and my bills also need paid.

Please either be home for the first clean or have someone there to let me in. I've been cleaning houses now for about 6 years. I always do cabinets, floorboards, showers/ tubs, dust vacuum and mop behind toilets, everything. Cleaning products I use are,, Mr.Clean(Downey), dawn dish soap, comment, bleach and/or shower cleaner. Kitchens I use oven cleaner for ovens, the pink stuff, dawn and all purpose cleaner. I have a great mop for walls and a vacuum cleaner. I am a super nice professional, this is my 4th cleaning company I've worked for, so I know what most customers expect. Also please remember to be polite to any cleaner on here, it takes a lot of integrity to get on here and try to help people, so please be respectful whether you think we are weird or not, it's the right thing to do.
