She also listened to our requests and has been one of the only cleaners that has done a good job on cleaning our baseboards. We had some misunderstandings about a start time for the job, otherwise she was close to a 5.

We’re trialing new home cleaners, as our current cleaner has a foursome that is in and out in an hour, but things frequently get missed because of this. There were no missed areas after Kellie left. I think if you want the daily cleaning Kellie is fine. But I got deep cleaning assignment but I have to clean everything again by myself. Maybe the residual is not something she could clean from her tools. I asked her to clean two bathrooms but did not meet my expection.
