BTW, I did use another company and was disappointed so the owner sent another worker out. She was better but they can't touch Jade.

She also listened to our requests and has been one of the only cleaners that has done a good job on cleaning our baseboards. We had some misunderstandings about a start time for the job, otherwise she was close to a 5.

Kellie was very friendly and paid attention to the areas of focus. While it did take a little longer than planned, this was expected as she is a one man team. We’re trialing new home cleaners, as our current cleaner has a foursome that is in and out in an hour, but things frequently get missed because of this. There were no missed areas after Kellie left.
