She is a great person and good at cleaning, but a little unreliable when it comes to time and dates.

Ravyn did a great job very personable . The house still smells amazing 12 hours later . She did a great job paying attention to detail . Outstanding Job !!

She was patient especially with my lovely 5 year old wanting to help her. She was very understanding and has a kind spirit. She is very knowledgeable and makes sure she gets all the little details that might be missed.

Theodore was a fantastic person and a great cleaner. She has a great personality and I got along with her fine.

Victoria did an excellent job yesterday. She was attentive to every detail. The house was sparkling clean when she left. She stays focused on her work and accomplishes all that is asked of her.

Amanda was absolutely amazing ! She arrived before the scheduled time to get her things situated and came fully prepared ! She deep cleaned every nook & cranny in my home . She was also left unattended for hours with several high value items jewelry loose money etc and I arrived to everything perfectly placed and put up . That was extremely trustworthy of her ! Christina had her work cut out for her at my house with a kitchen full of dishes so dirty they’d just about grown legs and Christmas decorations still everywhere in April. I was embarrassed, but she immediately put me at ease and managed to do everything I needed done. It required initiative, judgment, and of course, great cleaning and organizational skills. Will hire her again for sure!

Breana was very sweet, but the cleaning service was shorter than expected. I paid for 5 hours of extra services, and some surfaces looked untouched and the windows were not cleaned. She also did not move small obstacles when vacuuming.

This is my 2nd clean from her and I’m so thankful! She really makes the most out of her time and cleans so well!

Jeff did a really nice job. My only complaint was leaving standing water on wood flooring for too long ( a half hr) after mopping, especially after discussing before and afterwards. Luckily, no warping this time. That cannot happen again. Otherwise the house looked nice after he was done. I would have him clean again.

Kimberly did an outstanding job cleaning our two bathrooms. However, her pace could have been quicker. For example, each bathroom normally takes me a maximum of 45 minutes, but she took 2 hours for each. Granted, she did a thorough job, but we cannot afford to pay for lengthy visits.

She did a good job, but I did find it kind of odd that she messaged me before the cleaning and said they don’t take any trash take out. I’ve never heard of a cleaning not willing to take out the garbage as part of the cleaning. That is the only reason i dropped it from 5 stars to 4.

My husband stated that Amanda was very good. I saw some minor stains left within the shower and wall in one of our guest bathrooms but I believe it was a oversight. Amanda will be cleaning our home again soon and I hope she'll be better familiar with the home. Plus be able to clean everything that's needed.
