It took time to determine equipment, and my needs . I expected a cleaner to come with products and suggestions for my home.

Jada did a good job. very nice and professional. My only complaint was that the sink was not cleaned when she did the kitchen. Not sure if that is normally included. The floor was not washed in foyer. Again not sure if this is included or skipped due to my cutting time short.

I love it when people pay attention to detail and that she did. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.

Initially I was pleased with her service, however, I noticed that she didn't mop under the couches (which easily slide around on my wood floors), nor did she mop under the rug. She also didn’t want any direction on what I desired. It took her 6 hours to do the same work that my new cleaner did in 4. Nevertheless, what she did clean was cleaned well.
