After learning that I am hosting a party for my son tomorrow, they went above and beyond, adding extra touches throughout the house. It is always a pleasure to have them, and I truly appreciate the extra effort they put in.

it was mostly fine. I was working from home and she unplugged the WiFi which set me back about a half hour. she was also only here for 2.5 hours and I paid for 3. the kitchen sink was still dirty.

he cleans well but the language barrier adds a level of miscommunication that’s hard to work through. I don’t make it home until 3:30 everyday so I’m not understanding why he comes at 2:30 even though the booking has his arrival time from 3:30 - 4:30

This app has been very difficult to schedule and sort of nailed down the appointments that are sent originally. Not sure if I wanna continue with the service.
