Nan did a great job with my home. She really took her time in the details and listened to my needs. Wonderful job, definitely recommended and will be asked back!

Excellent job! Briefly went over expectations and she did amazing! New linens on the beds, spotless floors, sparkling glass… what a great feeling going into the weekend!!

Lysa is lovely. She is also a hard worker with attention to detail. There are two neurodivergent people living in this house that really struggle if their items are not put back exactly as they were found. I spoke with Lysa about this and she had no problem in making sure this was done. As there was no crying, and no upset adult last night, I trust their items were all in order.

Nannet was wonderful! Very thorough with her cleaning. Definitely worth every penny. It has been an absolute pleasure meeting her and working with her.

Lysa worked hard and did the cleaning that I need her to do because I recently had my knee replaced. I could not have been more impressed.

She was very nice, exactly punctual. Actually an hour early but that wasn’t her fault, it was Homeglows mistake. The house looks nice, much better than the last person Homeglow sent. I’m very happy.

I will definitely book Safie again. She was punctual, asked for any additional instructions of how what was needed. She took her time to thoroughly scrub and scourge everything. She left my my place sparkling clean. I definitely recommend.

Needs to be more thorough on floors, counters, and dusting. Skips some surfaces. Look back on work and decide if it is clean.

She and her sister both were hard workers and easy to talk with. I was very pleased with the work they did all over the house, making it look better and smell better too.

Jen arrived on time, went right to work and did a great job. She made 8 beds and vacuumed two floors, meaning second and third floor, and the upstairs bathroom. Since I’m in a wheel chair she took pictures of the rooms so I could see the rooms. I thought that was very thoughtful, above and beyond. Looking forward to seeing her again.

Shasta was amazing! There was some funky issue with homeaglow trying to say she never checked in/appointment skipped but she was there on time, communicated well, & was all around pretty great!

We hadn't had any cleaning done for a long while and I have limited mobility in my arms and hands. So, the place was a mess, but Wisdom did an excellent job! Very happy with her work and she is an extremely nice lady as well!!

Two weeks ago Diane did good on my bathroom and she cleaned my show curtains. This week Dyanna did the bathroom but with curtains down so I now need to find someone who can put them up- I have physical challenges. Is there any way to have Diane again?

Another phenomenal job! Gave my kitchen a much-needed deep cleaning. Was even nice enough to fold my laundry! My place looks and smells wonderful!

Overall disappointed. One bathroom left untouched. No beds were made. No vacuuming done. Half the sink left dirty. We always book for 4 hours with other cleaners and have never had a problem. I understand we were her first cleaning and Evadney did reach out to reconcile. I hope going forward she is a bit more thorough with future clients.

I found Diana to be a very kind and friendly person she took her duties, and to the fullest extent, my house floors and bathrooms were very nicely done. I rated Diana as a five, as I would love to use her again.

She did a very nice job when she got here. She was about 45 min late and left about 30 min early but the house looked great.

We booked her for 3 hours and everything we had wanted cleaned was cleaned very well. She met and went above our expectations. Iesha was respectful, focused, and easy to work with. Kristen was detailed and conscientiously completed everything I requested. She was pleasant and easy to have around. Even though she had car trouble, she got herself here and kept me abreast of her situation until she could arrive. Very happy with Kristen!

She worked hard. She tackled a large project and handled it well but she arrived late (she notified me) and left early with some lack of attention to detail on the areas cleaned.
