Sheri T is fantastic! She's a hard worker. I have a huge country house. She is polite and professional, and even thought to ask me what cleaning supplies to use before she used them. This was a lifesaver because we have a septic tank and cannot use bleach products, and she was respectful of that.

there were still a few spots on the sectional. I have cleaning products for it. was she able to clean the area rug besides vacuum it?

Heaven is an absolute delight to work with and does and amazing job. however, homeaglow is a rip off. they over charge you for everything. they are not clear on pricing and before you know it you're paying over 90 bucks for a one hour cleaning. I suggest individual blocks and request Heaven.

the house is on the bigger side and was dirty so I do understand that more time was required. the kitchen had some areas like the corner and underneath the trashcan and the floor in the pantry closet had not been cleaned. otherwise house looks nice. just a small lack of attention to detail in some areas
