Lori was super kind and jumped straight in upon arrival! She certainly didn’t seem like the kind of person to waste time. She came in loaded with cleaning gear and got to work. Did not look like the master bathroom sink was cleaned - still had some mustache hairs I accidentally left behind. oops! But that’s the only thing I noticed.

Overall disappointed. One bathroom left untouched. No beds were made. No vacuuming done. Half the sink left dirty. We always book for 4 hours with other cleaners and have never had a problem. I understand we were her first cleaning and Evadney did reach out to reconcile. I hope going forward she is a bit more thorough with future clients.

Angela was right on time. Her cleaning was good. There were areas that she could have done a better job. Needed to get cobwebs off of the walls. Wipe down the outside of the cupboard. Needs to pick up items before you dust. Did not dust under the bed. But I still am going to have her back.
