Kristen was detailed and conscientiously completed everything I requested. She was pleasant and easy to have around. Even though she had car trouble, she got herself here and kept me abreast of her situation until she could arrive. Very happy with Kristen!

She worked hard. She tackled a large project and handled it well but she arrived late (she notified me) and left early with some lack of attention to detail on the areas cleaned.
