Hannah is the only cleaner I am willing to use from this service. She is fantastic and has great customer service skills! She’s a fantastic listener, only have to tell her once and she’ll do exactly what you asked her. Super friendly to be around kids and has a fun and inviting personality. She’s great at tidying up. Great cleaner for families with little ones!

She did a fantastic job. I have a pug that sheds like snow she not only got up every drop of hair of the hard surfaces but also off the rug he naps on. She was so thorough and so polite I will definitely be using her again for future services.

Amazing! This was my first time even HAVING my home cleaned by someone else, but she felt like family IMMEDIATELY! My teen fell asleep and didn't let her in, but instead of waiting or leaving, she went above and beyond. She kept in touch all day via text and I was SOOO happy with her work! 10/10

Communication was clear from the appointment being set until arrival Others may be confused about arrival time, they have an hour window and app confuses that, by stating an exact time. In your apt schedule it states 9/10 am arrival. She was clean in appearance, friendly, in a good mood, spoke with respect and understanding. Provided a professional experience.

Super-friendly and got a lot done in only three hours. My mom has chronic fatigue and sometimes it can be extra-waring on her to have someone working in the house, but she really enjoyed Brandy so much she's enthusiastically told me how much she wants Brandy to return for more work :)
