Melissa was very nice and wanted to please. She did not clean the toilet downstairs or the bannister. This place is not that big to require 3 hours to clean. The other cleaners did not take that long to complete. She also did not come prepared. She did not bring a vacuum or mop. I do not know how she mopped the floors. Hopefully not on her hands and knees.

I appreciated the excellent communication before the appt. Phara was very thorough and walked me through after to make sure I was satisfied. very easy to work with. would def recommend.

The cleaners were at my house on Saturday for 3 hours - nor 4 hours. Can you revise that and add the extra hour to my next appointment?

Phara was amazing! My house was a total mess when she walked in and she wasn’t even phased and it looks and smells so clean now! I have a bathtub I could actually use again! She even helped me organize some stuff I’ve been putting off. Really happy in my clean house right now.

What a great job Jennifer did cleaning the main living space of our house and guest bath. We have birds and dogs so that was no easy task! She was very pleasant and thorough so I highly recommend her.

It was 3rd cleaning with Yordano. We like it with him. He always do fantastic job. This time he finished 15-20 minutes before the scheduled 3 hours but we are fine as he finished all the cleaning. Highly recommended.

For what she cleaned, it looks good. Unfortunately the 4 hours didn’t seem to be enough though I thought it would be since some things (like changing sheets) I had done for 2 out of 3 bedrooms the night before. She was prompt, friendly, and overall, the house looks good.

Freddie did a wonderful job, house looks and smells great and he is also a great communicator. I’m very happy with the result.

She did a decent job. Few things I had to go over. Needed to rinse the toilet seat for a cleaning film. She didn’t rinse the shower floor, but my husband took a broom in when he showered. As for a tip I took care of it in cash. This evening I discovered that she didn’t clean behind the toilet or in the corners.

The crew was good overall. I asked that the front of the fridge be wiped down but it was not. The floor behind the bathroom door was not swept. Other spots in the bathroom floor were not swept either. And they were contracted for two hours and left after 90minutes. I would have rather had these things completed and paid the full amount.

She is amazing. Love love love !! Her partner too. They did an exceptional job. Hope she comes back next week

Use my vacuum and steam mop for my entire house not a broom/dust pan or Swiffer to mop. I have to much pet hair for those things. Otherwise she is good and was prompt to my appointment
