This was my first time using her cleaning service and she exceeded my expectations. She was punctual, thorough, and very respectful of my home. I’m looking forward to continuing her services.

Not sure what to expect with your cleaning service but this is your 5 visit and nobody has yet to dust my light fixtures, pictures and lamps. So after my next and final month, I’ll be canceling.

Mercedes was kind, respectful, and very polite. In addition to that, she did a great job. Can't wait to have her back.

It was 3rd cleaning with Yordano. We like it with him. He always do fantastic job. This time he finished 15-20 minutes before the scheduled 3 hours but we are fine as he finished all the cleaning. Highly recommended.

For what she cleaned, it looks good. Unfortunately the 4 hours didn’t seem to be enough though I thought it would be since some things (like changing sheets) I had done for 2 out of 3 bedrooms the night before. She was prompt, friendly, and overall, the house looks good.

She did a decent job. Few things I had to go over. Needed to rinse the toilet seat for a cleaning film. She didn’t rinse the shower floor, but my husband took a broom in when he showered. As for a tip I took care of it in cash. This evening I discovered that she didn’t clean behind the toilet or in the corners.

The crew was good overall. I asked that the front of the fridge be wiped down but it was not. The floor behind the bathroom door was not swept. Other spots in the bathroom floor were not swept either. And they were contracted for two hours and left after 90minutes. I would have rather had these things completed and paid the full amount.

She is amazing. Love love love !! Her partner too. They did an exceptional job. Hope she comes back next week

Use my vacuum and steam mop for my entire house not a broom/dust pan or Swiffer to mop. I have to much pet hair for those things. Otherwise she is good and was prompt to my appointment
