Madian is very good but today was rushing more than usual she did okay though was only cleaning for 3 hours I mentioned this too her and she said she will clean for the full 4 hrs from now on. Rose was fantastic. She was very communicative leading up to the appointment. Did a walk-through ahead of time and ask questions to really understand my needs and even though there were several little things, I said she didn’t need to worry about she took the time to do them anyways. Adding in small thoughtful touches along the way I would absolutely request Rose again.

Yaima did a good job. She paid attention to detail. She cleaned in areas that have not been touched in a long time. The only negative was the language barrier. She does not speak English & I don't speak Spanish. She used a translator app.

She was wonderful! Really got all the dirt and grime out of everything and was super efficient! Very impressed!

She didn't finish 1/3 of the house and I paid extra for inside the oven and it wasn't touched either. I paid for 5 hours in 2 bedroom apartment and she missed a whole bedroom and bathroom.

Anny was great, but I would say I worked"side-by-side" with her in order to get the work completed in 4 hours. It may just be that she was adjusting to our house. I already had 2 bedrooms cleaned before she arrived, as we have guests arriving this evening.

Tip given the day of service as I wasn’t aware I could after the fact. My master bath was a difficult task, and most of her time was needed to be spent there. She found time to get other things cleaned as well. So I gave her 5 stars
