She was polite and did a fair job but she finished 20 min early which I paid for and am not paying the cancelation charges cause I hate the deceptiveness of the system. I would like a refund on the 20min. You can so easily turn around and charge my card but can you also refund my 20 min with the same ease

Overall was ok as it was a 3 night weekend stay and there was a deep cleaning prior to these guests. 3 mirrors in the bathrooms had streaked and the trash can lid in the kitchen was dirty.

Found top of fridge, behind counter appliances and toaster over/ air fryer still dirty. Asked him to clean and he stated that he would have to charge for extra time!!! Huh, should have been done in the first place.

This was my very first time, hiring a cleaning service, so I wasn't sure of what all to expect. Krizzie, did a good job cleaning for the most part, but missed a few things, like dusting, and cleaning the mirrors in the bathroom, and not polishing the wood tables. Otherwise she was very friendly and showed up early, ready to get started.

I have been using Tammy for months. She is always extremely thorough and pleasant to deal with. She works around my husband, who is on hospice. She is perfect. I am 75 years old, and I have never had a cleaner work and clean as deeply and well as she does.
