All requested tasks were completed but keep in mind she works slowly so plan accordingly for the work you expect to be done within a 3 hour timespan. she deep cleaned 1.5 baths, cleaned the kitchen, vacuumed and mopped the floors. What she did, she did thoroughly and well

Nevertheless Roselane held integrity and went above and beyond to clean every nook and cranny of my home without cutting a single corner. Her work is spotless and diligent. I would 100% book her again as my regular cleaner.

she did a good job cleaning - no issue there. however the total time she took to clean was double what we requested and she didn’t confirm if we wanted her to stay an additional 4 hours past the time we agreed on. Also she was on the phone which is not an issue but numerous loud conversations that we could hear from upstairs when she was downstairs felt excessive.

As usual Samuel service is second to none. He communicates to let you know everything to give you a level of comfort. highly recommend Samuel.
