Carson was a polite young man and he did what was asked of him and the reason why I didn't give him the 5th star is because after he left I went into the kitchen and I found dust balls and when he emptied his vacuum I found dust on the floor and all over the top of the garbage can... it's really not tragic but it did defeated the purpose.

Truly outstanding! So impressed with the attention to detail — every corner looks spotless. Incredibly polite and professional as well. I’m beyond happy with the results and couldn’t recommend his services more!

Terry Sue is easy to get along with. She's pleasant. She talks with me while she works. She does things the way I like them done. I'm so happy to know Terry Sue!! Today was her second time helping me, and she's going to help me again next month.

Carson was amazing! However some of the details I asked for was not communicated. 5 hour cleaning was not communicated, and the cabinets and refrigerator was not. Carson made good of it, didn’t say it wasn’t communicated, could just tell by reading him. So was a little disappointed in the communication details.

Lori is very professional, upbeat, and Excellent Lori is professional, upbeat, and does excellent work.

Luisa was first of very nice she was very detail with her cleaning she got every corner my house smelled really amazing the floors were nice I highly recommend her for a cleaning she pays attention to little details.

Anny was great, but I would say I worked"side-by-side" with her in order to get the work completed in 4 hours. It may just be that she was adjusting to our house. I already had 2 bedrooms cleaned before she arrived, as we have guests arriving this evening.

Tip given the day of service as I wasn’t aware I could after the fact. My master bath was a difficult task, and most of her time was needed to be spent there. She found time to get other things cleaned as well. So I gave her 5 stars

Absolutely loved Tonya’s enthusiasm! She lives what she does. She did a good job but forgot to vacuum bedrooms and clean floors in the bathrooms. That might be an add? I will check next time. I would highly recommend but stat what you want done.
