Overall, I had a good experience with today’s cleaning. She was very kind, professional, and did a solid job throughout most of the home. I did notice the shower could have used a bit more attention, I still appreciate the effort and positive attitude she brought. With a little more detail in certain areas, it would easily be a great experience all around.

She was polite and did a fair job but she finished 20 min early which I paid for and am not paying the cancelation charges cause I hate the deceptiveness of the system. I would like a refund on the 20min. You can so easily turn around and charge my card but can you also refund my 20 min with the same ease

This was my very first time, hiring a cleaning service, so I wasn't sure of what all to expect. Krizzie, did a good job cleaning for the most part, but missed a few things, like dusting, and cleaning the mirrors in the bathroom, and not polishing the wood tables. Otherwise she was very friendly and showed up early, ready to get started.

Kinberly is very nice and did a thorough job cleaning. She spent a lot of time in the master and bath, and didn't quite get done all my wife would have liked, but we will rehire her next month.
