Lainet did a GREAT job. The problem is that she had to drive 160 miles round trip and four hours on the road for a three hour job. Next time please send someone closer. That was not fair to her.

Overall Jeanette did a great job. I do think that the type of mop and cleaning solution needs to be different and I will suggest using a cleaning solution in a bucket with a mop rather than the type used.

Orly did a great job she was very detailed and dedicated her entire 6 hours to ensure she did an excellent job ! Also, she was respectful with us and my home.

Nicole was very professional and paid close attention to detail, especially in how the items were arranged before cleaning. She willingly cleaned the doors to the pool area and took her time to ensure everything was done thoroughly. Tip was provided after cleaning.

She does not waste any time at all. She is a very hard worker and does a very good job. I’m happy that she was my first cleaner. And I don’t have to look for another one.

Titiana did an excellent job. She was very engaged from the start with communication on what was needed. She showed up a little early (roughly 5 minutes before hand). Was very receptive as to my wishes and kept in touch throughout the day. Would recommend to anyone and will use again.

My house has not felt this clean in a long time, I have two large dogs that shed, between the hair, dander and dust it was a serious undertaking but she handled it like a boss . Brittany did a very thorough job. However, due to medical concerns on our part, we did NOT pre-schedule for Jan. 8 at 11 a.m. I asked her to call me to set something up after the first of the year. A late day appt, as this was, 5-8, is not convenient. 11 as earliest time, with being done by 3 p.m. please.
