Shannon is a wonderful cleaner and loves our dogs! Not the most important feature but it tells us what kind of person she is. She leaves our home clean and sparkling and we are very happy with her.

The bathrooms were done really well, however the kitchen was not done well, counter not wiped, missing debris on it. kitchen floor is not cleaned well. The rest of the floor can use a bit more attention to detail as spots are missing and still some debris at some spots.

Desirae was not only an excellent housekeeper and very efficient but very pleasant, easy to talk to and a great personality. She did good work and I'll look forward keeping her for my monthly housekeeper if possible.

edilia was great! she moved furniture to mop underneath and I have never seen our shower doors so clean!!

She overslept and was 1.5 hrs late arriving. I messaged her and asked her if she was still coming to please come at a different time to work around my meetings, but she didn't reply and just showed up anyway. I struggled with the language barrier; it made it pretty impossible to communicate. She did an ok job cleaning, but was also pretty loud.

Edilia has amazing attention to detail. She goes above and beyond to ensure every part of the house is spotless, and has noticed dirty parts of the house that past cleaners have missed (e.g. shower mold, dusty paintings). I’m really impressed with her work! She is also quite friendly and I enjoy practicing speaking Spanish with her.

Karla worked diligently for 6 hours and completed every area that was on our list, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, wood floors, tile floors and carpets. She was extremely polite and thorough.

Overall, did what I asked! Found some streaks on the dinner table. She did ask lots of clarifying questions to figure out exactly what we wanted, which was great. The language barrier was a little bit difficult. A warm and happy person, but unfortunately, we were asked a few too many times for a review, which I did communicate we would do when the weekend was over.

Misunderstood work to be done: master bathroom was not cleaned (mirror needed cleaning) and she cleaned less than 3 hours

it was ok for a discounted clean. the kitchen trash can and rugs were mopped around and not moved, the glass on the front back doors were not cleaned, some surfaces in the primary bathroom were not cleaned.

She did very well over all, but putting dirty dishes in with clean ones and over filling our dish washer is not acceptable.
