Luisana is just awesome! Not only is she a good cleaner, but she’s a good, pleasant person. I really enjoyed her in my house. I was playing music and we were dancing to a couple songs!!! I want Luisana all the time … for every monthly cleaning.

Karla worked diligently for 6 hours and completed every area that was on our list, 7 bathrooms, kitchen, wood floors, tile floors and carpets. She was extremely polite and thorough.

She worked fast! Asked me what I wanted done and checked in before she left to make sure I was pleased.

Overall, did what I asked! Found some streaks on the dinner table. She did ask lots of clarifying questions to figure out exactly what we wanted, which was great. The language barrier was a little bit difficult. A warm and happy person, but unfortunately, we were asked a few too many times for a review, which I did communicate we would do when the weekend was over.

Misunderstood work to be done: master bathroom was not cleaned (mirror needed cleaning) and she cleaned less than 3 hours

Andrith missed a couple of minor things like the interior of the microwave, and removal of trash from one of the bedrooms, but besides that, she was fantastic! And I would love to have her back. Communication was tough.

Ray always shows up as scheduled and communicates very well.

it was ok for a discounted clean. the kitchen trash can and rugs were mopped around and not moved, the glass on the front back doors were not cleaned, some surfaces in the primary bathroom were not cleaned.

She did very well over all, but putting dirty dishes in with clean ones and over filling our dish washer is not acceptable.

The majority of the house was great. Kitchen could have used more attention, missed Microwave, back sliding glass door, front of fridge. But- To be fair, I also had a carpet cleaning company there.
