very good but had hard time understanding her. she doesn’t speak English at all. I had to work with her because we couldn’t communicate with each other. I prefer to be able to communicate with the helpers even a little English will be okay. I already gave tip to her in cash.

Slightly confused because it wasn’t the guy in the photo that showed up, it was a female, and she was two hours early which I couldn’t accommodate. So she had to come back two hours after the original expected time. which I was fine with, got to sleep in later. she did a good job.

Luz did an excellent job cleaning our house. She needed very little instructions. She was super thourough and efficiently prioritized her focus areas for the 6 hours we booked. Since the house is large with multiple bedrooms and bathrooms.

she was great! last lady that came did not clean my fridge right she I spilled milk and she just sprayed and gave it a quick wipe and it still smelled like milk in there. Cristal really got in there and scrubbed it down and it smells clean again! highly recommend her

The agency chose Leslie to come out and boy are we happy they did. Although show up late but I am kind of get used to that for almost all the cleaners did the same. Maybe the commute issue? The distance between jobs may be an issue that the company has to putting more thoughts for them.

I found Malia to be exceptional detailed and through. She even went above and beyond by doing spot cleaning on my living room carpet, from my experience with house cleaners.
