Pavlo arrived on time which was great. However, he was instructed to concentrate on cleaning the 1.5 baths and the floors of an apartment. After 2 hours, the bathrooms weren't completed and he spent a bunch of time cleaning baseboards/molding which wasn't asked of him.

Luz was fabulous. She got right to work, was efficient with her time, and the whole house smells clean now. I asked her to sanitize, wipe down surfaces, dust, vacuum, and mop. Now I could eat off the floor!

appliances were not cleaned, air flyer, washer and dryer and microwave. shower doors were not cleaned, still had water spots, soap dish wasn’t cleaned, mirror wasn’t cleaned. Luciana did and excellent job on getting the house cleaned. Other than the items missed she did an amazing job and I was very pleased. Perhaps I needed 4 hours to clean my house instead of 3 hours that was scheduled.

She did an excellent job with her cleaning but she was not fast and I feel her hourly rate is too high. She does not speak English but we were able to communicate with a translation app technology. She is nice and friendly. I don't mind having her back if her hourly rate is more reasonable.

Great cleaning! Norma may get carried away deep cleaning things and go over time, but great work. As mentioned in some other reviews, she's not the best at putting things back where she found them, but I find this to be a small hassle for the level of real cleaning work she is putting in.
