Rachael was fantastic, not everyone can clean a home properly (so it sparkles) I will be requesting Rachael moving forward but I will say if all your company cleaners are as good as her you are going to be very successful!

Extremely professional and excellent thorough cleaning that focused on the areas that I was most interested in (bathroom, floors, kitchen).

Tiffany cleaned very well. She ran about 15 minutes late, however, she was very thoughtful and sent me a text to inform me and she made up the time she was late. She is polite and professional.

Always does an incredible job and makes my home feel brand new. Great communication, fast and thorough cleaner, and not afraid of my friendly (big) dogs who happily jumped up on her. Professional and gracious about my house (wrecked by said dogs and a 6 year old human). Went the extra mile and washed the windows inside and out without my asking.

I was really impressed with the cleaning that got done. We’re just moving into a place that had the roof replaced and with open beamed ceilings, debris was everywhere. I was very impressed. I’m not too certain that she spoke English

For the most part does a really good job but doesn’t pay attention to details. Wiping the tray on the ottoman, vacuuming the cat tree cleaning microwave. But overall is consistent enough and better than others

Eliana cleans well. I'm not sure if this was a communication issue between her and Homeaglow, but the dusting I requested was not done. More attention to detail is needed, for example cleaning the light switches and spot cleaning the walls. Overall I am satisfied with the cleaning she did do, the floors were so clean and she did a great job cleaning the bedrooms.

Luis did a great job at my house. She's meticulous with cleaning kitchen cabinets and worked really fast!

Very kind! I’ve got three cats and a dog and she did great with all of them. Booked for four hrs, did the dishes, cleaned the kitchen and bathroom. She did a great job, this was my first professional clean and she did great!

Heather cleaned our apartment recently and honestly did an amazing job. She was super thorough—she even cleaned spots we usually forget about, like the knobs on the oven and the inside of the microwave. The place looked and smelled so fresh afterward. You can tell she really takes pride in her work, and she was also just really friendly and easy to communicate with.

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

We love Angela!!!! There is literally not a thing in the house she doesn’t organize/wipe down or move to clean! Without ever having to specify all needing to be done, she gets it handled! I have a Newfoundland and he is double coated so the fur is everywhere usually. Naomy did such a good job and my house smells and feels so clean.

Frida was nice to talk to. She seemed to understand me a lot. The only thing is I wasn’t able to be there to supervise as much being preoccupied with my kids. I could have got a lot more done.

Her attention to detail from baseboard, window tracks and bathrooms to making our kitchen fit for staging has us ready now to put our home on the market. I was upset with the cost of this service but I allowed Hearher to return. I just want to say my place Sparkled. The beds were neat and I couldn’t wait to get into it. The house has a fragrance that makes you want to bring everyone home. Unfortunately for my grandchildren I won’t let them come over the weekend after she has beautified the house just so I can savor it.

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.

Communication was great via text on time changes, I appreciated that she checked in and arrived early to be on time. We needed google translate to communicate about the details to clean but overall she was very nice and receptive to instruction.
