I wanted to share my experience with my cleaning professional, Herbert. When I entered my condo, I was greeted by a fresh, clean scent and an immaculate appearance. Everything was cleaned just as I had requested, and he completed the job within the expected timeframe. Herbert strikes me as humble and genuinely honest. I will definitely book his services again!

Anna Mopped the Upstairs bathroom floors using too much water, causing water to leak and dampen the Downstairs ceiling. In the future to avoid water damage, best to use my Steamer Mop which leaves no water and will not cause future ceiling or floor damage.

I have a Newfoundland and he is double coated so the fur is everywhere usually. Naomy did such a good job and my house smells and feels so clean.

She asked what were my main pain points with my apartment and really cared to ensure I was happy. Will book again (if she’s not already booked up!)

It was two different people. They did use the product I asked to used. Did not clean my tv. Also they did not speak english which made it difficult to give instructions. 1.5 hrs spent

Julia and her partner was very nice and professional! They got the requirement clear before starting(it's fine if you don't know Spanish, they have translation software), and doing cleaning very efficiently and detail oriented. The areas they touched are clean and shiny! Will definitely hire them again!

Timmie was great. On time and I loved the way he cleaned my balcony and the sliding door glass. All around great job.

She was quick and did a good job. My only suggestion would be to take note of the cleaning notes and entry notes. I leave specific instructions because I am often in meeting calls and it’s frustrating to answer questions about things I have specifically called out in the notes.

We had been sick and had to leave our house a.bit more messy then usual. Eliana came in and took care of it. She has been a great help to us.

Communication was great via text on time changes, I appreciated that she checked in and arrived early to be on time. We needed google translate to communicate about the details to clean but overall she was very nice and receptive to instruction. She cleaned everything I asked her to clean and even put the kids toys away neatly a second time before she left.

Carla came on time and knew exactly what needed to be done. Also came prepared with equipment and cleaning items. I was very happy with her service and she left my home spotless. I will definitely be reaching out to her again for the next clean up schedule!

Mariah did such a thorough job cleaning my kitchen and bathroom. There was a lot of mildew in my shower tiles and doors and she managed to get it all out and looking good as new. Would definitely recommend

The original expected time for arrival was 8:30am to 9:00 am. He texted me around 1:14am on the day to inform he wants to start at 11:00am. I understood today was a day after Christmas but if that’s the case, he shouldn’t have signed up for the service requesting early morning start.

Nice Yoong lady but 1) showed up with a young guy. She did ask before entering if it was ok for him to work but he was already the door. 2) didn’t speak English and 3) she and the young guy worked for 3 hours on one floor only. They didn’t get to the second. My latest cleaning ladies (2 ladies) finish both floors in 2 hours.
