Nelson was booked at 10am via the platform but confirmed a 9am start time via texts. He arrived at 11am. Not off to a good start. I explained what needed to be cleaned, and what needed to be prioritized. He did such a fantastic job with everything that I am leaving a good review anyway. My kitchen and bathroom are literally sparkling. I would use Nelson again.

She did very well, friendly. Only 1 suggestion—-look for older floor spots that need special extra swipes. Also, I tipped her personally.

Amazing clean! Lovely job! Just one quick note, please leave internal doors open. My cat was hiding under the bed during the clean, so she was stuck in there until I got home (so she didn't have water, or access to the litter box for a couple of hours).

She was good, cleaned the house nicely. I do prefer house being vaccumed over broom, but that is a personal preference.
