Overall very pleased with her work , kindness and detail. Extra time is needed before an appointment to show the home .. communicate English words , demonstrate Norwex cleaning . The housecleaner did not do the baseboards as promised , left some Cobwebs and forgot to vacuum clean the laundry room floor . She left a little under 6 hrs and at least 45 min went to communication .

Alexandra did an amazing job cleaning my home. She was so thorough and detail-oriented, and everything looked spotless when she finished. She went above and beyond, even tidying up little things I didn’t expect. My house felt fresh, calm, and welcoming after she left. I will definitely have her back for every cleaning.

I was a little bit concerned about the product she used on the floor (a bit slippery) so I let her know and we came up with an alternative the second time. Crystal is def 5 star. She surpassed expectations. I was unsure if I needed to hire because I feel I keep my house tidy, but boy did she make a difference. Polished floors, extra clean bathroom, dusted bookshelf’s make a huge difference! Definitely keeping this going and happy I can trust someone to work this way. She also brought all her equipment and was very good at organizing my junk closet.

Guerda was excellent! I am having here come every two weeks. It was so nice to find someone that isn’t afraid of dogs and actually interacted with my dogs. She stayed the whole 7 hours I told her she gets a break for a snack or to relax for 15 20 minutes ( California labor laws) . She came downstairs the last 30 min and said can I do anything else?

Siuzanna does an excellent job cleaning. I want to confirm with homeaglow whether I am paying for the actual time of cleaning or a set 3 hours.
