I do the extras, the little things most over look like base boards and door trim, vacuuming edges and moving things instead of going around them. I do fridges inside & out and the top, windows, walls, cealing fans & lamps, garbage cans cleaned not just emptied. Those kinds of missed things by normal cleaners. There's nothing I can't clean. I know what is safe to use on what surfaces. I am also excellent in household repairs such as broken water pipes, cabinet repair, fixing holes in walls, fixing vacuums. I've worked for a general contractor so I can do pretty much anything except electrical. I also do all phases of yard work. Clean outs, inspection cleanings, moving cleaning, packing.
