Jessica was amazing! Great communication, gave extra attention to detail where requested, and is very friendly. We LOVED that the cleaning products she used didn't have a potent chemically smell, and also were THRILLED that she put everything back on counters organized as she found them (we have often experienced cleaners reorganizing our things).

Consider keeping cleaning materials you are not using in another area. Try to avoid leaving buckets of cleaning supplies in front of doorways; avoid crowding the walkway. Bring only the materials you need for that specific job to the job area.

Nichole thoroughly cleaned my two bathrooms, but left my master bathroom floor and countertops very wet. she also got standing water on my master bedroom wood flooring. Shower glass was streaky after use, despite the fact that there was a squeegee and appeared to have used my body scrubber to clean with.

Cleaning was great. I was mislead about the monthly subscription fee and actual cleaning cost so I am canceling the service.

VERY detailed oriented. I was not disappointed with my appointment. I booked for 6 hours and asked that 2 bathrooms and my bedroom be deep cleaned. she did that AMAZINGLY and was able to sweep/mop my kitchen and living room. I almost cried when I got home from work and saw how beautiful and clean my home was. I hot home 4 or 5 hours after she left and it still smelled like she had just left. Amazing job!

I don’t think the water was changed and it left our white socks pretty black. I had to mop again but everything else was good.

Brian missed a few areas in the kitchen. He didn't have many supplies, in fact it left a mop and broom. Brian arrived at 130pm, half hour late and left a half hour early at 430pm. He should have stayed for 3.5 hrs.
