Nina is wonderful. A real delight. She does more than expected and does a thorough job. I had a spot of dried shampoo behind claw foot bathtub. Nina cleaned it without being told. she did a nice job in the kitchen and the bathrooms. I did ask for the entire house to be vacuumed and I noticed she didn’t vacuum all the rooms.

I asked Samantha if she would do some normal cleaning. Like dusting furniture & moving the items. Instead of around the item asked if she would clean floor w mop fabulous instead of steamer. Cleaning granite wi prof cleaner instead of lysol (it is poisonous to birds) was requested it took her 1.5 hours more to clean. I was disappointed. Shouldn't tale longer than 4 hours.

Erika was fine. Linda was suppose to come 2 weeks ago. She texted me that she had an emergency and could not make it at 11:00am but would be there at 3:00pm. We waited and waited, but no Linda. Not even a text. on why NO SHOW. Very inconveient. I WOULD LIKE TO BE COMPENSATED FOR THIS NO SHOW.
