Astrid was quick and efficient. It is interesting to see how different cleans can handle the space. She completed the job in 4 hours. She even washed the bathroom mats and made the beds which was something I enjoyed with a previous cleaner, making the 4 bunk beds so neat and nice.

she was nice but she finished 1.5 hours early so I wasn’t expecting it and couldn’t check because I had taken the kids out so she could clean. she didn’t take out the trash in any room at all but other than that the clean was good.

I’ve tried a couple of times to hire someone to clean my place, but never really felt comfortable. Jessica G did amazing!! I highly recommend her

she was nice. the language barrier made it difficult to communicate what was needed without typing into a phone. we were supposed to have one hour of laundry but she didn’t do any laundry. I would prefer someone who can communicate in English. I can do Spanish or Portuguese as well but Russian is too difficult.

Unfortunately she too longer than it should to clean. Parts of the kitchen cleaning was missed. Didn't finish cleaning the sink, frig doors weren't wiped down properly, microwave oven wasn't properly cleaned on the inside. Stove top had to be wiped down in spots. Other cleaners got the work done in 5 hours or less.

She was punctual, incredibly kind, and so thoughtful with her cleaning. She took great care of our things and cleaned as if it were her own home. We’re so grateful and would happily book her again!

the house looked great when she was done. was disappointed to see the floors weren't vacuumed, the dishes that had been washed were still dirty, and the shower wasn't completely clean but it was nice to see a clean home when I walked in

The service was excellent, but I don't understand why your rate doubled in the span of 2 weeks, so I'm paying double what I expected to pay, without any warning. Not cool. Tried to text you, got no reply. Tried to leave a voicemail, but mailbox was full.

Out of the 3.5 hours they came in and barely cleaned anything. When they moved something it was not put back and nothing was wiped down or dusted. No vacuuming or mopping. I walked in on them on my couch scrolling through their phone.
