Regina was exceptional! I’ve been struggling to keep up on the house. Regina came in fast and efficient! she cleaned my house entirely and did laundry! got it done in three hours! She rocks!!!!

Based on the sites rating system, 4 stars is a good job, 5 stars is an excellent job. She did a good job getting done what we wanted done but maybe not up to the level of speed, detail and thoroughness that would take the job to 5 stars. She was pleasant and got straight to work. Aleska has cleaned several times for us. She always does a great, complete and thorough job. She communicates well, so I always know when she is coming and when she has finished.

She was on time and friendly. My floors should be cleaner. There was little stains and some lint left behind, but I’m not docking any stars for her service. I should have communicated that to her and maybe have her use my cleaning products instead. Overall I am quite satisfied

She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.

All was good except glass shower surround was still very spotted and streaky and needed to be re-cleaned.

What he did was good, but even though he was here for six hours and I was helping him by moving things out of his way and getting things put back not everything was able to get done.
