For 5.5 hours we expected the fridge to be cleaned. Maybe there was a miscommunication in organized vs cleaned.

Tracie was great. she's very thorough and she is very personable and I enjoyed talking with her. she is a dog person so that was a big plus. I look forward to having her here next time.

Jonathan is very respectful and communicative. He is very detailed and takes his time because he wants to do a great job.

Trinity does an incredible job cleaning and makes the process incredibly simple. we live in an apartment that isn’t always easy to get in and out of but she is very accommodating and we will definitely continue to have her clean our place.

Heidi was very professional. She came right on time and had her own cleaning supplies. She was very detail oriented. She vacuumed my coach and left the floor spotless. The house smelled lovely when I walked in.

Daniel did a great job. He moved tables and chairs and other items when cleaning the floors and in our shower (he didn't just clean around things). He was working hard for the duration of the time we booked with him.

Based on the sites rating system, 4 stars is a good job, 5 stars is an excellent job. She did a good job getting done what we wanted done but maybe not up to the level of speed, detail and thoroughness that would take the job to 5 stars. She was pleasant and got straight to work. I would hire her again.

Jade has cleaned twice for me. She was quick and efficient. Adapted well to ad hoc requests. She brought her own supplies. Jade is great if you are up front about what you need done. She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. So in short, she is a quality cleaner who can deliver on your expectations if you make them clear to begin with.

I originally set up for every 2 weeks on Friday and she keeps wanting to change it. I can understand the need to change every so often but it is happening so often that I am having trouble making appointments for myself and my husband as he no longer drives. I will probably look for another company at the end of my 6 months.

All was good except glass shower surround was still very spotted and streaky and needed to be re-cleaned.
