Regina was exceptional! I’ve been struggling to keep up on the house. Regina came in fast and efficient! she cleaned my house entirely and did laundry! got it done in three hours! She rocks!!!!

She was super kind and worked quickly. Not the closest attention to detail though, she missed several spots on floor under table and a few on kitchen counter as well as bathroom counter. Wish she had mopped floors a little better/ a second time as well. She also arrived around 8:15 and left at 12:40 but charged for a full 5hrs.

Was super communicative, and offered to come early as she wrapped up another appointment early, but also made it very clear that if that didn’t work she would come at the scheduled time. I looked around and the house looks and smells super clean. She also had a pleasant demeanor when she arrived, so I’m definitely a happy customer.

while I am not there to see it personally since I moved to Arizona, the Apartment Complex office had no complaints and they're picky! I would use her again if I still luved there!

I am on the fence about Marlene as she was on time, communicated, but then the stove top was not cleaned, she kitchen sink not cleaned. over all I’ll communicate what I need from her more.

Based on the sites rating system, 4 stars is a good job, 5 stars is an excellent job. She did a good job getting done what we wanted done but maybe not up to the level of speed, detail and thoroughness that would take the job to 5 stars. She was pleasant and got straight to work. I would hire her again.

he had a really good job and we had to communicate because he had car issues which is fine. I know how that works. I’m gonna keep using them once a month towards the end of the month and I am going to refer him for another client of mine and Friend.

I had a fantastic experience with Kayla (karyn) from Homeaglow! I’m in the process of downsizing, so there was quite a bit of clutter, but she was incredibly understanding and non-judgmental. She helped with folding clothes, organizing, and a variety of tasks. Her positive attitude and flexibility really made a big difference in getting my space under control. I’d highly recommend her

She was on time and friendly. My floors should be cleaner. There was little stains and some lint left behind, but I’m not docking any stars for her service. I should have communicated that to her and maybe have her use my cleaning products instead. Overall I am quite satisfied

Rebecca only had 4 hours to clean my 3200 sq get home and with that time she did great! she also was very thorough in explaining how much she could do and a plan for our next cleanings moving forward so that we achieve a sparking clean home. can’t wait for our next cleaning!

I loved Sandra, I was at the end of a move out situation and did not have a babysitter for a 3yr old and 2month old. She was very nice and helpful. I would ask her for help again.

It was good. My only issue is that the dishes could’ve been left alone for me to clean later. The dishes I had in the sink were put in the dishwasher but since my dishwasher isn’t that great all it did was rearrange the dirt and I still had to go back and wash everything.

We had a great experience with Latroya! She has a great personality, she works fast and is very thorough! We hope she will make the trip to Scottsdale every time we book. our house is sparkling clean and smells great!

they did a really good only missed a couple things in the master bedroom the two nightstands and mirrors and headboard and forgot my daughters room but overall the living room and and everything else is amazing

She was professional and clearly knew what she was doing. She was polite, friendly, and respectful, and completed her work well. The only area for improvement is the floor cleaning, which could have been more effective. Overall, I am satisfied with her service.

Despite heavy traffic, Rachel communicated she was going to be late and was very professional. We asked for a libvibg room, kitchen and bathroom cleaning, but she went above and beyond our expectations by cleaning all door knobs, baseboards, some of the walls, cabinet doors, and even steam cleaned our dog beds! Would 100% recommend her and will be requesting her again in the future!

Jade has cleaned twice for me. She was quick and efficient. Adapted well to ad hoc requests. She brought her own supplies. Jade is great if you are up front about what you need done. She also did a good job remembering verbal instructions from the previous appointment. So in short, she is a quality cleaner who can deliver on your expectations if you make them clear to begin with.
