absolutely amazed with this cleaning. as a previous home cleaner myself, I did not expect it to be this level of clean and detailed. she even spread my floral arrangements around to make it look nicer and really cared about every inch of my home.

Ok, I was impressed the first two times. But Nakia went way above and beyond this time. I moved in recently and my master bedroom is still a mess, or at least it was until today. She pays attention to detail and even if you feel she is done, while she is packing to go, if she notices something was missed, she will still make sure to take care of it. She worked quickly and well. But she was on the phone constantly which didn’t hurt her work but it became tiresome for me. Also she didn’t use a vacuum which I consider a must for a thorough cleaning. I offered the use of my cleaner but she declined.

Was very disappointed with this cleaning. House did not smell like it was clean. Recommend using soft scrub on all porcelain. Has small amount of bleach. Most importantly none of the windows were washed and I had paid extra for this. That why I allowed 6 hours.. not happy at all.
