Actually 4.5!! Would ask as best possible to have the same cleaners each week. Bathrooms are always spotless. Still working on the hardwood floors… Little more attention to details like spots left over after mopping or dog food on the baseboard plus I need to get a product that will shine them up a little bit they’re getting awfully dull and that happens to o floors.

Theresa has the best communication. I truly appreciate her ETA's, updates, etc. while she's cleaning our home. It means a lot to us how dedicated she is and how clean our house is when she is done. Thank you!!

My apartment is not spacious or easy to clean, plus we have chinchillas. DeAnn is awesome. She just comes in and kills it.

Mellissa is a hoot to work with. I could tell right off I would like this kid. She can clean my home anytime. Very skilled organizer as well. She ROCKS!

Josin and his colleague did a great job! They followed all of my instructions and requests and they were very thorough. The house looked great when I got home and I was very pleased. The only thing I would comment on is they were 10 minutes late outside of the hour arrival window. They did communicate periodically about their ETA however.

One room got missed but I wasn’t here to walk her around and it was the first time she had come to my house. Everything else was amazing good. Thank you.

I needed my counter tops cleaned in my bathroom, that didn't happen. check in at 0921-1140, I did not get a full 3 hours. Brittany was very nice, and asked if there was anything else to do.

Veronica is a very hard worker and very pleasant to have in my home. She did a fantastic job of cleaning everything. One exception was that after she had left I realized she had forgotten to sweep under the coffee table and the couches. No big deal I think it was just an oversight on her part.

Valerie’s cleaning was fine. We booked a three hour cleaning and she stayed, and billed for 6 hours. She did not ask if we wanted her to stay longer. I feel like I should have been asked to approve the extra time before being billed.

The cleaning was very professional and I am pleased with the result except for a very large, deep scratch in my real hardwood floors. Please be more careful not to scratch the floors when cleaning. I am renting. I can be flexible with the time usually but it would be most helpful to communicate your eta asap so I can make accommodations with work.

Crystal did an amazing job cleaning up the mess that my roommate left behind. The room was in a terrible shape, but she brought it back to life. She even fixed a clogged sink and spent extra time to make sure everything was in order. Very professional and great communication too!

Ashlee was very nice, let me know when she would be arriving and respected that I didn’t want any men coming to help. Only thing was the cabinets weren’t wiped like requested and some of my dishes were still greasy.

Since I injured my back I haven’t been able to do regular cleaning. Ashlee and crew left my place looking wonderful!! It feels so good to have it clean like this again!!!
