Very thorough cleaning. I appreciate that she organized / neatly stacked the stuff on the counter tops and end tables. The floors look great and she even vacuumed furniture!

Samantha was absolutely fantastic! It’s so much fun to go through the house and see all the things that are clean now that I wasn’t even expecting. Samantha took the time to go through cleaning supplies and ensure they didn’t contain any of my allergies. Samantha was also very sweet to my cats when coming in to my house. Definitely book with Samantha as often as you can!

Tanisha is at the top when it comes to housekeepers. I have never had one as good. I walk around my house and wonder how she got things looking so great!

Susan was great! Good communication, on time, and very quick and thorough! We have a dog, two kids, and both work full time. Susan took the disaster zone that was our house and made it back into a home. Couldn’t recommend enough for her services.

Actually 4.5!! Would ask as best possible to have the same cleaners each week. Bathrooms are always spotless. Still working on the hardwood floors… Little more attention to details like spots left over after mopping or dog food on the baseboard plus I need to get a product that will shine them up a little bit they’re getting awfully dull and that happens to o floors.

Theresa has the best communication. I truly appreciate her ETA's, updates, etc. while she's cleaning our home. It means a lot to us how dedicated she is and how clean our house is when she is done. Thank you!!

My apartment is not spacious or easy to clean, plus we have chinchillas. DeAnn is awesome. She just comes in and kills it.

Josin and his colleague did a great job! They followed all of my instructions and requests and they were very thorough. The house looked great when I got home and I was very pleased. The only thing I would comment on is they were 10 minutes late outside of the hour arrival window. They did communicate periodically about their ETA however.

One room got missed but I wasn’t here to walk her around and it was the first time she had come to my house. Everything else was amazing good. Thank you.

Valerie’s cleaning was fine. We booked a three hour cleaning and she stayed, and billed for 6 hours. She did not ask if we wanted her to stay longer. I feel like I should have been asked to approve the extra time before being billed.

She did a great job cleaning (my master bath has never looked better!) and was kind, personable, and made me feel totally comfortable having her in my home.

One of the best cleaners I’ve had and very personable! Lots of attention to detail and thorough in her work. Was also great with my dogs - even cleaned their food bowls, gave them fresh water and tidied up their crate! Would be very glad to have her back.

The cleaning was very professional and I am pleased with the result except for a very large, deep scratch in my real hardwood floors. Please be more careful not to scratch the floors when cleaning. I am renting. I can be flexible with the time usually but it would be most helpful to communicate your eta asap so I can make accommodations with work.

She cleans like I would. She notices every little dirty spot as if it's her own and u so appreciate the time she put in and look forward to getting her help again.
