Valerie’s cleaning was fine. We booked a three hour cleaning and she stayed, and billed for 6 hours. She did not ask if we wanted her to stay longer. I feel like I should have been asked to approve the extra time before being billed.

Nanah is amazing. She is flexible and understanding. She can do her best independently without much directions or supervision. She did move out cleaning for me in least amount of time.

She did a great job cleaning (my master bath has never looked better!) and was kind, personable, and made me feel totally comfortable having her in my home.

My house is sparkling however, aura was 3 hrs late requiring me to leave work to let her in I booked her for 5 hours and she only stayed for 3.75 and didn't complete the baseboards everything cleaned looks awesome just disappointed with the time issue and lack of completion.

The cleaning was very professional and I am pleased with the result except for a very large, deep scratch in my real hardwood floors. Please be more careful not to scratch the floors when cleaning. I am renting. I can be flexible with the time usually but it would be most helpful to communicate your eta asap so I can make accommodations with work.

Sulinan did a great job with my appliances and furniture. We live in a rural area with a lot of dirt/mud, and our dog gets both everywhere. My leather couch looks great!! There were some inconsistencies / misses with dusting. I would have rather had an option to give less than 5, but more than 4. I rounded up. :)
