Zachary is AMAZING!!! I almost hesitate to review him because I don't want him to be so busy that we can't hire him often :) He did a phenomenal job, and I love that he used more natural products (including essential oils, yay!) Tiffany was really sweet and communicative. We chatted a bit but I mostly just let her do her thing and I will say she is fast! She did a great job on my carpets and figured out the rented carpet shampooer in about 2 seconds. I definitely recommend her if you want a quick and efficient job done.

Jarod was only here 2 1/2 hrs not 3. Per my ring device arrived at 1:42 left at 4:09. He needs to get a better vacuum as his is only a small stick vacuum. I had him use mine.
