Nancy did AMAZING in my kitchen. Ive in and out of the hospital for the last few months, and it was horrible. I didnt feel judged by my lack of ability to "just clean up". I was charged for this cleaning as a double booking and would like the cleaner to come back out but to do this 3 hour cleaning. She was paid for a 4 hour and 3 hour cleaning at the same time. I have tried contacting customer service 4 times to get the refund with no success but would just like the 3 hour cleaning I paid double for please

Her work was good. But she only got one and a half bathrooms done in four hours. Did not come back to finish her six hours. Stent left me in a big bind. The extra that I paid in the beginning can be her tip.
