Tony was unable to clean as he had a family emergency. Family comes first. This was not Tony’s fault. I really liked him. We want to cancel all future cleaning by anyone in your company as you have a hard time getting someone here. We cannot prepare & not get cleaned. If I see your company’s charges on my credit card, I will not pay. I will have the card company decline them.

I bought the 6 hours. Everything looked great but she left the sink full of dishes and left 1 and 1/2 hours early.

Chris was very good. However, he brought a partner which I was not aware. They cleaned 2 hours and I was charged for 3.

I was charged for this cleaning as a double booking and would like the cleaner to come back out but to do this 3 hour cleaning. She was paid for a 4 hour and 3 hour cleaning at the same time.
