Tania, for some reason the system made my next clean Oct 3rd, Tuesday. That's 3 weeks, can we move to Oct 10th after 10:15am, so I can get home from my 9-10 appointment, please. Say 10:30am?

Her work was good. But she only got one and a half bathrooms done in four hours. Did not come back to finish her six hours. Stent left me in a big bind. The extra that I paid in the beginning can be her tip.

Looks amazing! Dawn did everything I asked. Having recently remodeled there was dust everywhere and she made it all sparkling clean.

She’s awesome! Funny, easy to be around, and does a great job. She moves items off the shelves to dust underneath everything rather than just dusting around them. Stellar!

Overall Luisa did a great job! We were a bit surprised we found the floor not to be fully vacuumed and the table top surfaces not to be wiped down on the main level.

Nicolle was amazing! She Communicated in advance to ensure accuracy with appointment time. She was great once I expressed my needs and what I was looking for. Her quality of work was stellar, and her attention to detail is amazing. I am definitely rebooking with her and love to have her services regularly. I am very pleased.

overall he did a good job. There are just a few things he missed. I don't think he shook the rugs and I had to touch up some areas of the floor. He did not vacuum the area rug in the living room.

Sharonda is a god send. I will literally only use her now. She's 'THAT' good. Her Sharonda's 3 hours of cleaning : 1) It would take me 8.5 hours 2) It would take an average cleaner- 4.5 hours but also still not as quality. She is the best.

Amber is kind and easy to talk to. Appointment started half hour late with a text assurance that I would get the full 4 hour clean. She left at 3.5 hours as she had other appointments. She did a fine job considering this was a first clean and the bathrooms she had time to get to needed some deeper attention. Still more left to get done next time.

LaShanta was awesome! She arrived early, and went above and beyond what was asked for! My house has never been cleaner.

Maima did great and was flexible when we had a mixup in the addresses. From what my landlady said, the place was spotless and great. Only small feedback I have was that I did make a note about taking the dried comforters and putting them back on the master bed. Looks like that wasn't taken care of. Otherwise, amazing!

Very friendly and did an okay job, but the kitchen floor was barely touched. Disappointing when you have a baby crawling on that floor. Rugs didn’t seem to be shaken out or vacuumed either.
