Soooooo good! We will DEFINITELY be asking for Sherida again. She was excellent at her job. The house hasn’t been this clean in I don’t know how long. …and possibly more importantly - she was a kind human. Seriously: a wonderful experience all around. And our dog loved her too!

I was charged for this cleaning as a double booking and would like the cleaner to come back out but to do this 3 hour cleaning. She was paid for a 4 hour and 3 hour cleaning at the same time. I have tried contacting customer service 4 times to get the refund with no success but would just like the 3 hour cleaning I paid double for please

Maima did great and was flexible when we had a mixup in the addresses. From what my landlady said, the place was spotless and great. Only small feedback I have was that I did make a note about taking the dried comforters and putting them back on the master bed. Looks like that wasn't taken care of. Otherwise, amazing!

Nice personality. Does a good job of what she does. Transportation issues, health issues, smoke breaks and a meal break. I feel that she accomplished what I did in 2 hours when I was younger and could physically clean my house, but spread it out over 4 hours. Will try someone else in the future.

Absolutely amazing!! Suzana and her team left no trace of pet hair (3 pets in a tiny apt!) which is a miracle. Every inch of the apt is clean and polished and I love that I didn’t come home to the apt smelling like a chemical factory! Will def use again.
