Heissell did an amazing job even though her hours ran over by 3 hours but she was dealing with a house that was let go for three months due to health issues and she was wonderful to work with. Hopefully her next clean will be much easier and quicker.

Althea knocked it out of the park again! This time it was a problem area I’d been avoiding. Althea tackled it with aplomb and put it all to rights—organizing, vanquishing dust bunnies, and leaving the place so clean I could FEEL the improvement in air quality. Althea is the best!

Crystal is so nice and understanding! She did a fantastic job. I have had other cleaners and she did the best by far. Absolutely fabulous. Did more than I even asked for!

Claribel did a great job on my bathrooms! The problem i have is with Homeaglow's inflexible business practices. On my initial sign up form I indicated bathrooms because that was a main area that we wanted clean. So even if there was more time..over an hour..no more could be done..floors, dusting, etc. because I had typed in floors. Very silly, impractical and frustrating!

Victoria has a very pleasant personality. She came prepared with all necessary tools & cleaning supplies. She compelted 3 hours of work efficiently. Will be happy to have her clean again in 2 months.

Alyanna was so incredibly thorough and efficient! She was able to take my apartment from embarrassing to shining! Will absolutely book her again!

he8 worker my house was/is a mess and I had to stop her when her time was up because she just kept working wanting to make aure everything was done well! she is amazing and i will definitely schedule her again!

Heissell Paola was wonderful to work with. I had never hired a cleaner before and was very anxious about the process. She made everything so easy. My bathtub sparkled when she was done.

Karla’s work is exceptional. She cleaned and dusted everything everywhere even in areas where I hadn’t asked her to work on. She is so efficient. I don’t know how she does it. It would take me three days to do what she did in four hours. Everything shines, everything sparkles, everything smells fresh and clean.

Taylor did very well! My room is now so clean! it's like it's never been used! All the countertops in the kitchen are sparkling clean, the floor is very shiny without any dust, the air is very fresh, and the entire living environment feels brand new. Willis did a fine job, even cleaned the oven and made beds, which is hard for me to do right now. I didn't realize I was signing up for a 6 month membership as I am able to clean after recovering from surgery.

Timely and good communication. He got a TON done in 3 hours. I don’t think he read my profile/cleaning requests but he did a great job on windows, floors, and dusting/polishing all of the wood in my house. Beds were not made or sheets changed but this request may not have been clear. Overall great.

Home looked fantastic! Johnathan took the extra time to clean up all of the huge amounts of cat hair I had all over my floor and the place smelled amazing.

Did a good job. His vacuum was not working so he used my stick vacuum which doesn't do a good job. Not happy about that.

Mariusz showed up right on time and everything looked great afterwards. I needed a good deep cleaning pretty bad, so the 6 hours was barely enough time. I will be getting on a regular schedule Mariusz.

Good clean overall. The bathrooms were excellent. I'd like to see a little more attention to detail on the kitchen floor. There were some crumbs on the floor around the island, and a few other missed spots.

The counters had a shine and the apartment floors smelled clean. Only thing you missed was the garbage in the bathroom and living room but that’s ok. Good job!
