Taia was incredible, she was fast and sweet, she didn't judge the mess and really made the place feel warm. Originally I was worried about having a stranger over but Taia made me feel so comfortable it was like having family over. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking for a great cleaner with a good attitude.

she was on time, polite and friendly with the carpet cleaner. she did forget the fridge. when I reminded her she cleaned it. I did have to go behind her and detail it a little. I had to reclean both bathroom sinks and the shower in Master bedroom was not cleaned at all.

Rosa was very friendly and attentive. asked if there was anything else that she could do to make sure that everything we wanted was completed. When the general tasks were done that we requested before the cleaning, she asked if there was anything else. Would highly recommend her to anyone else. I know that is getting a cleaning and they're home.

Overall, job well done. I wish they would have moved my rugs and small furniture when vacuuming like they did in the kitchen and bathroom to sweep and mop. Friendly service and 2 women showed up so it only took 1.5 hours v 3 hours that I paid for. I was okay with that, but some may not be so thought important to note.

Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.
