Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.
So i know this wasnt you, but who ever she was and i think she said her name was Asia, she did a wonderful job and was very kind. I hope that she will come back again. Hopefully she will get the tip.
She did a great job all in a short window of time. The only thing I would note is I think the bathroom floor was missed for mopping but otherwise everything got done!
Maura's is the best cleaner that I have ever had. I tell her where the problem areas are and let her go. I come back in a couple hours and everything is looking great and the problem areas are all fixed. I highly doubt her.
Myisha was very professional and thorough. Hew work was great and she completed more than expected. I gave her a tip in person.

Wow it's been the best the place has been in forever. My shoulder and neck problems and an unusual schedule/situations have neglected it. I'm very grateful. I'd like to see her come back and finish the last couple of areas to make it feel homey once again.
