There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me. I am recommending her to my daughter so that she can use her services soon.

Kristie did everything I asked her to do! I was signed up for 4 hour clean but she completed the list in half that time! I appreciate the honesty and will have her back again. only downfall was that she adjusted the time last min but that is minor.

Jervanna is very personable and willing to clean whatever you want her to. She did a good job cleaning most things, but I did notice that the master bath had some smears on counters and mirrors, as well as some dusty areas on the floor. I'm sure if I had noticed these things while she was still present, she would have fixed them. I would definitely try her again.
