She is a very hard worker! She stays focused and determined keeps to herself and truly works really fast was able to clean my entire upstairs and under four hours and there was a lot of laundry. She is very talented! Would definitely recommend her for a cleaning.

very good job. the house needed special attention, lotts of books , bric-a-brac, plants, wall hangings….she was diligent in getting all surfaces wiped and dusted. I’m extremely satisfied. To boot, she has a warm personality.

Carolina was on time, and super nice! She worked hard deep cleaning our kitchen and bathrooms and they were spotless after!

Rosa was very friendly and attentive. asked if there was anything else that she could do to make sure that everything we wanted was completed. When the general tasks were done that we requested before the cleaning, she asked if there was anything else. Would highly recommend her to anyone else. I know that is getting a cleaning and they're home.

Very good cleaning job, and we are very satisfied with her. She is confirmed for April 8 and 1:00 pm. and we want to request her for May 6. at 1:00 pm

My only problem is that Tina was on her telephone the entire time that she was here I would prefer that would not happen while she is cleaning

I booked a 4 hour standard cleaning Tameka did an amazing job! I would definitely book her again my home looks & smells great after. I’m 9 months into my pregnancy and have been struggling to get the house clean & ready for baby so it was a blessing being able to book her for a cleaning !

Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Tina saved the day! My originally assigned cleaner had to cancel last minute, and Tina was extremely responsive and able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. On top of that, she was very professional and kind. She completed an amazing job, even getting rid of some stubborn soap scum that I could never get rid of myself! Highly recommend.

Howard was a pleasure to have as our cleaner! He did a great job and went above and beyond. There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me. Jervanna is very personable and willing to clean whatever you want her to. She did a good job cleaning most things, but I did notice that the master bath had some smears on counters and mirrors, as well as some dusty areas on the floor. I'm sure if I had noticed these things while she was still present, she would have fixed them. I would definitely try her again.

Kee cleaned very well the areas he cleaned, but missed dusting in a few areas. He also did not clean bathroom countertop or toilet. He appears to need to be specifically told what to clean. He just needs some experience. A Very personable chap.

I don’t know if 3 hours isn’t enough to clean our home well , but there were lots Of surfaces that didn’t get touched — Especially for dusting . Also, things that got moved for cleaning ( trash cans, bathroom scale) did not get put back in their original position. I think I would like to try another cleaner next month to compare ! Thanks

AMAZING job. Completely above what I expected. Not only did she get some things cleaner than any other service has in years but she also went above and beyond in multiple areas.
