Karen is fantastic! She is very detailed and cares about the little areas. She is always on time and gets right to work.

Andrew was great as usual! Always on time or early and gets right to work usually finishes early. Very honest, friendly, and respectful.

She called to say she’d be late, which was fine, but she was over an hour late, which messed up my afternoon schedule.

Dee is a go-getter she's professional pleasant and a hard worker any new client would be happy to get her

She is a very hard worker! She stays focused and determined keeps to herself and truly works really fast was able to clean my entire upstairs and under four hours and there was a lot of laundry. She is very talented! Would definitely recommend her for a cleaning.

very good job. the house needed special attention, lotts of books , bric-a-brac, plants, wall hangings….she was diligent in getting all surfaces wiped and dusted. I’m extremely satisfied. To boot, she has a warm personality.

Lafreddria worked quickly and covered a lot of rooms in the time she was here. She was great at fast surface cleaning.

she was on time, polite and friendly with the carpet cleaner. she did forget the fridge. when I reminded her she cleaned it. I did have to go behind her and detail it a little. I had to reclean both bathroom sinks and the shower in Master bedroom was not cleaned at all.

Rosa was very friendly and attentive. asked if there was anything else that she could do to make sure that everything we wanted was completed. When the general tasks were done that we requested before the cleaning, she asked if there was anything else. Would highly recommend her to anyone else. I know that is getting a cleaning and they're home.

Bianca’s service was amazing. Her attention to detail to was great and she even offered suggestions for ways to maintain between services. I appreciate the contact before and after services to plan for my next cleaning. Looking forward to next month.

Please explain why you have increased your rate from 20 - 25 per hour. As well as how I was billed for 3 hours. You arrived @ 8:15 and left @ 9;30, so I would think with a 2 person crew that is 2 hours of work.

Sharnetta is AWESOME!! I swear that I actually feel calmer and more productive when she has done a deep clean. She is efficient, extremely thorough, reliable and kind.

Tina saved the day! My originally assigned cleaner had to cancel last minute, and Tina was extremely responsive and able to squeeze me in at the end of the day. On top of that, she was very professional and kind. She completed an amazing job, even getting rid of some stubborn soap scum that I could never get rid of myself! Highly recommend.

She did a great job all in a short window of time. The only thing I would note is I think the bathroom floor was missed for mopping but otherwise everything got done!

As usual, Jervanna did an excellent job. She is "on time", is pleasant and needs minimal supervision. We have had to make some schedule changes due to her classes, but I am very happy to do this. Jervanna is GREAT!!

She was very pleasant and professional and did a great job erasing the filth from a house that who knows when was cleaned last.

Maura's is the best cleaner that I have ever had. I tell her where the problem areas are and let her go. I come back in a couple hours and everything is looking great and the problem areas are all fixed. I highly doubt her.

Emerson did a great job! They communicated great and even tacked on an extra hour. I hadn’t done the best job of picking up before this clean but they didn’t let that stop them!

Only here for 1 hour and 40 minutes. I did like a couple of things but was hoping for a deep cleaning.

There were areas of the house that were such a mess I let him know it was optional, if he didn't want to touch it that was fine -BUT! He even took care of those areas for me.
